NUTRIMIND and BEETHOVEN join effort to advance knowledge on mental health and nutrition

In early September, NUTRIMIND took part in the BEETHOVEN Kick-off Meeting, hosted by the University for Continuing Education Krems, providing an opportunity to present the project and identify potential areas of collaboration and mutual learning between the two sister projects.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and explore synergies between the two projects, which share a common interest in advancing research on the links between nutrition and mental health. Earlier this year, NUTRIMIND held its own kick-off meeting in Wageningen, where the BEETHOVEN project coordinator joined consortium partners to discuss opportunities for collaboration.

By maintaining close connections with related Horizon Europe initiatives, NUTRIMIND continues to contribute to a growing research community working to better understand how nutrition, lifestyle factors, and the gut microbiome may influence mental health across the life course.
