IRB CatSud

Institut de Recerca Biomèdica Catalunya Sud (IRB CatSud, formerly IISPV) was established in 2005 to promote and coordinating biomedical research in the province of Tarragona. The Institute is organised into four major research areas: Metabolism and Nutrition; Neurosciences and Mental Health; Oncology; and Infection, Immunity and Environment, encompassing a total of 40 research groups. In NUTRIMIND, IRB CatSud leads the work on diet–mental health follow-up, including cohort coordination, longitudinal analyses and dataset compilation.
