SNHf

The Swiss Nutrition and Health Foundation (SNHf) is an independent, not-for-profit foundation working in nutrition and public health. Its research focuses on nutrients, micronutrients and natural bioactive compounds and their relevance to nutrition, health and cosmetics. SNHf examines the journey of nutrients from raw materials and foods to their effects on nutritional status and health, developing and applying reliable methods for assessing nutrient status. In NUTRIMIND, SNHf co-leads biomarker analyses and leads targeted metabolomics analyses of key gut–brain metabolites.
